Boston-Area BioMEMS Seminar Series (BABS)

The monthly Boston-area BioMEMS Seminar series (BABS) organized in collaboration with Boston University and MIT aims to bring the diverse BioMEMS researchers in the Boston area together in one forum and to cover a broad range of topics at the intersection of microsystems and the life sciences. Past speakers at BABS include respected names in the bioMEMS arena as Drs. Richard Mathies, David Walt, Kensall Wise, Albert Folch, Daniel Chiu, Steve Soper and Chad Mirkin among others. This is the second year for this forum and we have a wide attendance, including Boston University, MIT, Harvard, and the local hospitals. [http://www.rle.mit.edu/babs/]

CEM Seminar Series

CEM seminar series are extensively used on invite thought leaders in biomedical sciences, including BioMEMS, to present their cutting edge research. Past speakers at CEM include names such as Drs. Scott Manalis, Joe Tien, Patric Doyle and Michael Rubner, among others.
